The J.O.A.D. Program
This is the beginning, but definitely not the end. All new students start with the Jr. Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) program. These are group lessons comprised of all skill levels. Even those who have graduated from the JOAD program are welcome to practice along side current members. There will be monthly competitions for fun and awards (JOAD pins) but primarily designed for training and advancement.
The Team
The Team is made up of a select few which have met a strict guideline of achievement. These students will earn the official team jersey and represent Precision Archery in Competition. They will commit to an advanced training regimen which includes shooting, mental and physical training. The team competes in a minimum number of events each year and when of age, must attend enough USAT events for ranking. They will be required to meet a minimum qualifying score by the end of each year.
The Academy (Coming Soon)
After JOAD, a select few will be chosen to continue on to the Academy. The academy is designed to take the archer to the next level. Comprised of classroom and range settings, students will learn more advanced shooting and competition techniques.
